Biography
Kardiri Sibiri Edmond entered the Ghana School of Law in 2015, got called to the Bar on October 6, 2017. He did three months internship in the Court of Appeal (Kumasi Bench) and three months internship in Sory@law, one of the leading private law firms in Ghana, before he was called to the Ghana Bar.
He holds a Masters of Law (LLM), 2023 and Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB), 2015 both from the University of Ghana, a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.): Integrated Development Studies from University for Development Studies (Wa Campus); 2009 and a Teachers’ Certificate ‘A’ from Tumu Training College; 2002. He also has a Certificate in Microsoft office programmes, internet programmes and Ms DOS from Internet Programming and Monitoring System (IPMC), Tema; 2006.
Work Experience
Kardiri Sibiri Edmond taught as a classroom teacher at the primary and Junior High levels from September 2002 to August 2005 before enrolling at the UDS for first degree. He did National Service as the Research Assistant for the Member of Parliament for Sissala West Constituency in 2009/2010. He then returned to the classroom (JHS) to serve his study leave bond till September 2013 when he enrolled at the Law Faculty of the University of Ghana.
From October 2017, Sibiri practised as a private legal practitioner from the law office of Sory@law till December 2021 when he got employed into the Legal Department of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) as the Manager for Litigation and Legal Risk Assessment.
He currently also serves in the boards of Tumu Midwifery College, Community Development Alliance (CDA) and the Upper West Regional Board of the Lands Commission.

From 2010-2015 he was elected the Assembly Member for Gwollu Jorsiala Electoral Area. He was the chairman of the Development Subcommittee of the Executive Committee of the Sissala West District Assembly from 2012-2014. From 2006-2014 he was the vice chairman of the Gwollu Area Council.
He loves sports. From 2003 to 2016, he was a class one referee and a member of the Referees Association of Ghana.
